Hassan Hayat (FCCA, MCSI) - Founder & Director
Hassan Hayat is the Founder and Director of Hedge Accountancy, a firm built to support modern entrepreneurs, contractors, and small businesses with clear, reliable financial guidance.
Hassan began his career in commercial finance, where he gained experience analysing capital investments, supporting strategic business decisions, and working closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities. This background gave him a strong understanding of how businesses operate beyond the numbers — something he now brings into his work with clients.
He founded Hedge Accountancy with a simple goal: to make accounting more accessible, transparent, and genuinely useful for business owners. Rather than focusing solely on compliance, Hassan works with clients to help them understand their financial position, optimise their tax planning, and build stronger foundations for long-term growth.
Today, Hassan works with a wide range of clients across the UK, from startups and freelancers to established small businesses, providing practical advice and dependable financial support at every stage of their journey.
